Personalization remains the key goal for the industry

When we gathered the top travel data professionals in Europe and asked them what they thought would change the face of our industry, they overwhelmingly answered that data-driven personalization would be the game changer.



Some 78% of the attendees at our Smart Travel Data Summit 2016 believed that personalization would be critical in the future, far ahead of any other category, and it was a topic that came up time and again at the conference.
